Applicants exempted from the minimum language proficiency condition are those who have graduated from countries where English is the official language and English was the language of instruction.

   To complete at least one full academic year of full-time study in post-secondary programs within an academic degree program (Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, Doctoral studies), or a residency and/or fellowship program at an English-language accredited institution in one of the countries listed below:
