Study Schedules Unit
Study Schedules Unit:
This unit oversees the academic system so that students can be registered for courses according to study plans in cooperation with the concerned academic departments. It is also responsible for uploading, checking and following up study plans on the academic system and solve relevant problems.
The Functions of the Unit:
1. To coordinate and follow up with the Study Programs Unit regarding new and amended academic courses
2. To check courses offered for registration in accordance with the study plans on the academic system
3. To check the study schedules on the academic system
4. To check the balance between the number of classes and the number of students in each class
