Documentation and Archive Unit:
This unit administers the documentation and archiving of graduate students’ files throughout study years and the classification of files according to students’ statuses
The Functions of the Unit:
1. To receive the files of admitted graduate students from the Admission Unit
2. To archive the students’ files after being organized and classified
3. To coordinate with the Student Affairs Unit, the Graduation Unit and the Electronic Services Unit to manually archive regular graduate students’ files
4. To electronically archive graduate students’ files
5. To archive documents received from the Student Affairs Unit and the Electronic Services Unit
6. To periodically do the stocktaking and dispose of graduates’ files
