- Applicant must hold a full-time bachelor’s degree (a minimum of 4 years) in urban planning, urban design, environmental architecture, architecture, interior design,or civil engineering, from KSU or any university accredited by Ministry of Education, with a minimum of an “Above Average” (3.25/5) GPA or equivalent.

- A score of at least 45 in the TOEFL-IBT test or equivalent.

- Applicant must hold a full-time bachelor’s degree (at least 5 years) in architecture or architectural engineering from KSU or any university accredited by Ministry of Education with a minimum of a “Very Good” (3.75 / 5) GPA or equivalent.
- Applicant must hold a full-time master’s degree in architecture, architectural engineering, interior architecture or interior design, project management, construction management, urban design, or environmental architecture from KSU or any university accredited by Ministry of Education with a minimum of a “Very Good” (3.75 / 5) GPA or equivalent.
- A score of at least 53 in the TOEFL-IBT test or equivalent.
- Providing a statement of purpose for the study. It should be around 500 words and include relevant background and interests, professional purposes, specific research field, and research proposal.
