Pharmacognosy

MSc in Pharmacognosy

Pharmacognosy
  1. Applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or a Pharm. D. from KSU or any university accredited by Ministry of Education with a minimum of a “Good” (2.75/5) GPA or equivalent, provided that applicant’s GPA of the specialty courses at the bachelor’s stage is at least “Very Good.” (3.75/5) or equivalent.
  2. A score of at least 475 in the TOEFL-PBT test or equivalent. 
  3. The Applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree from a Saudi university; otherwise, the degree must be equalized from the Ministry of Education.
  4. Passing a written examination held by the department.

PhD in Pharmacognosy

Pharmacognosy
  1. Applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or a Pharm. D. from KSU or any university accredited by Ministry of Education with a minimum of a “Good” (2.75/5) GPA or equivalent, provided that applicant’s GPA of the specialty courses at the bachelor’s stage is at least “Very Good.” (3.75/5) or equivalent.
  2. Applicant must hold a master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or a relevant discipline from KSU or any university accredited by Ministry of Education with a minimum of a “Very Good” (3.75/5) GPA or equivalent; for relevant disciplines, the applicant must refer to the concerned department before starting the application process on the electronic portal.
  3.  A score of at least 550 in the TOEFL test or equivalent; in case the score is between 500 and 549 or equivalent, the applicant may be accepted, provided that a complementary academic English course must be studied.
  4. Applicant must hold the degree from a Saudi university; otherwise, the degree must be equalized from the Ministry of Education
  5. Passing a written examination held by the department.

Pharmaceutical Chemistry

MSc in Pharmaceutical Chemistry
